New Clients: Please see the Grooming Restrictions tab first. If your pet meets our qualifications, please print and complete the two forms below. Please bring them in, along with proof of vaccinations, during the last hour of the day. At that time, we'll discuss any issues you or your pet may have and schedule an appointment suited to those needs. A non-refundable, non-transferrable prepayment of the first groom will be required to reserve that appointment. The amount charged is the minimum price for that breed but additional charges may be incurred and if applicable, will be charged upon completion of the groom. This pre-payment is securing the time slot for your pet (length of appointment determined by services requested).
Changes: Please notify us right away if there are any changes to your personal information (address, phone, etc.) or your pet's information (i.e. vaccines, health, etc.).
